There are certain parts of a wedding day where I must take charge to keep everyone on schedule. Take Family Formals, for example. During Family Formals, I will provide ample, but always polite, direction so all family members know what to do, where to be, and when to be there. In other parts of the wedding day, it is best for me to be a fly on the wall so as not to disturb the story unfolding before me. I know when to take charge and when to work in the background.
